BRU+MBS – an enlarged service footprint to serve you!


3rd Feb 2017 – BRU is pleased to announce that MyBikeShop (MBS) has agreed to merge with us to offer a integrated bicycle service support platform.

What does this mean for customers? With this shared platform, you can get service at more locations with a combined retail footprint of 5 shops across Singapore.
– BRU and MBS membership benefits will be extended to all BRU and MBS shops. BRUcare card holders get the bike support program extended to TWO years in alignment with current MBS offering
– BRU and MBS card holders can now book their service support at any BRU or MBS stores
– Online booking allows you to book your appointments at BRU customers can still call in to book if they do not have Internet access.

Combining our retail resources will allow us to explore and offer more bike related services to our customers, beyond folding bikes – that will cover new service offerings, loyalty programs, e-commerce and more membership privileges that will be revealed in the next 6 months. We will progressively start to integrate our branding and operations, it is exciting just to think about the possibilities and we are looking forward to offering you more soon!

Importantly, there are no changes and only enhancements. BRU remains your favourite destination for your cycling lifestyle and you still visit any of our retail stores to purchase your bicycle, parts, accessories and after-sales service.
